Extruder printing using filaments and dispenser printing using a solution can be performed simultaneously, thereby enabling 3D printing of biomaterials such as PCL, PLGA, collagen and alginate as well as hydrogel. Sterilization and anti-contamination systems and FDA-approved parts are applied inside the printer to allow in vivo application of the printed materials.
